Christmas is a time of love and cheer, the Department of Correctional Services understands the importance of family especially during the Christmas Season. Our inmates and wards need an opportunity to spend time with their relatives, however,  in light of the COVID-19 pandemic face to face visits are not possible. As infection control and preventative measure, we will stage virtual Family Days via the ZOOM platform.

Relatives and friends wishing to participate in our Virtual Family Day can see information listed below outlining the different dates for each institution.

Please contact the institution where your relative is attached to make your appointment for a virtual visit.

Please note that:

1. All visitors must be already registered to visit the inmate/ ward.
2. Participants must log in ten (10) minutes before the allotted time.
3. Participants must use their full names for the devices.
4. Participants must present a government-issued ID.
5. Cameras must remain on at all times.
6. Participants must be fully clothed.
